PAYMENT METHODS
Patients can pay via credit or debit card, EFT or subscription
Additional Terms:
All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or fulfilled.
In the case of EFT payments, orders will only be processed once funds have cleared in our bank account.
Subscription payments (where applicable) will be billed in accordance with the agreed subscription terms and may be subject to recurring billing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, subject to applicable law, including where payment is not received, cannot be verified, or is suspected to be fraudulent.
SHIPPING
Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and all applicable requirements have been met.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
